Annual General Meeting November 2009

 

The full minutes for the meeting will be posted in the club house for the members to see, the following is a brief summary of the new changes that will come into force on the 1st January 2010.

 

Membership Fee's

Membership fees are to increase from £35 to £40 plus £10 joining fee.

The joining fee applies to new members only.

Any existing members paying after January 2010 will have to pay the £10 joining fee.

Visitors

All visitors to the club will be charged £3 per visit and will they will have to sign a declaration stating that they have been a member of another club for at least 3 months.

Club Days

Saturday and Wednesday are club days and as such prospective new members and guest are allowed onto the club grounds.

Tea Making Facilities

Due to the bad housekeeping of  the membership tea cups etc will not be available for use in the club house.

Course Rules

On club days the course must be shot in a one way rotation.

DWD Anglo American Challenge

The Anglo American is to revert back to a F.T. Competition but it will now include a S.F.T. Class
